Apples nieuwe M5 Max-chip lijkt in vroege benchmarks opvallend sterk te presteren. In Geekbench 6 behaalt de processor niet alleen betere single-threadresultaten dan concurrerende chips, maar verslaat hij volgens de database zelfs AMD’s 96-core Ryzen Threadripper Pro 9995WX in de multi-threadtest.
